Mother & Baby Awards 2015 - Tesco
We would like to share with you the news that Sally won 'Star Mum of the Year' at last night's Mother & Baby Awards 2015 held at the Park Plaza hotel in London.
The truth is, there is no winning in child loss. Truly, winning would be to get a bedtime kiss and hear the words "I love you to the moon and back" as you tuck your child up in bed. I dedicate this award however, to every mother out there who reaches out further than their own children to try to help others.

Skye was not ours to keep, but he was ours to share, and last night we shared Skye's inspirational attitude, and the life changing experience a child is currently subjected to when diagnosed with a Brain Tumour, with a room full of caring people. We so hope that companies present feel compelled to stand alongside us in whatever way you feel able. We would value any opportunity in the future to talk with you about Blue Skye Thinking becoming your Charity of the Year.
Claire Irvin, Editor-in-Chief at Mother & Baby, the magazine that is so much loved by its faithful readership of over 400 000, gave a beautiful and heart rendering tribute to Skye followed by a video clip, which meant that there wasn’t a dry eye left in the room. We are so grateful to Mother & Baby for their kindness and their hospitality.
